Whatever gym you already have access to is fine. I'll build your program around the equipment available to you. No special gear required. A basic commercial gym is all you need.
After we connect, I'll send your program digitally in a clear, easy-to-follow format. Everything is laid out — exercises, sets, reps, rest times, and notes. No app download required to get started, though I may recommend one as we go.
Once a week you fill out a short form — how training felt, energy levels, sleep, anything worth flagging. I review it and adjust your upcoming week accordingly. It takes about 3 minutes and it's what keeps your program from going stale.
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Month-to-month means month-to-month. If it's not working for you, you're free to walk away. That said — give it at least 8 weeks before making that call. Results take time.
In many cases, yes. Tell me everything in the intake form — past injuries, current limitations, anything relevant. I'll build around what you have and flag anything that needs a medical professional's input first. Your safety always comes first.
